Prepare and contribute to Divisional reporting obligations in compliance with head office requirements
Analyse Sales and KPI performance, and raise anomalies with Management for further review
Analyse sales and stock position to make procurement recommendations
Assist in preparation of annual budget for Divisional Sales and Department Expenses
Assist Commercial Manager in tracking Marketing expenditure against budget and prepare monthly report on performance
Responsible for Inventory Management, maintain stock integrity and minimum buffer stock levels
Assist Commercial Manager in coordinating marketing activities including conference requirements and promotional campaigns
Manage and implement the market price change process, including market communication and applying universal changes to all affected systems and reports
Oversee emergency or special request customer orders, and manage customer service escalations
Oversee the credit process and authorise claims
Draft market communications for review and distribution
Manage relationship with and performance of third party logistics providers



Meet reporting deadlines to support Commercial and Divisional compliance requirements
Make critical decisions to resolve customer service escalations
Ensure system integrity and accuracy in relation to inventory and pricing
Ensure any updates and critical information are communicated to key customers
Manage the Customer Service & Administration Officer role and ensure their tasks and responsibilities are executed to standard
